Abstract:

In this paper, CATIA was used to establish the parameterized model for gear driving system of reducer. The Assembly Design workbench was used to complete the virtual assembly and the DMU Kinematics module was adopted to simulate the movement of gear pair. Finally, finite element analysis was conducted by using Analysis &Simulation module to simulate the actual working condition of gear driving system, which verified the rationality of parametric model and the accuracy of calculation, at the same time, provided the reference data for failure analysis. © 2011 Trans Tech Publications.
