Abstract:
为了修复已报废之Cr12MoV钢精轧辊,针对轧辊的主要失效行为(磨损、剥落和裂纹),利用大功率CO2激光器,在Cr12MoV钢表面激光熔覆了Stellite 6-(5%~30%)WC合金,并利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、显微硬度计和M-200环-块磨损实验机等对熔覆层的界面结合状态、显微组织、物相组成、显微硬度分布和耐磨性进行了测试和分析。
