研究了Ni或Co的加入对真空感应熔炼制备的CuCr25合金的组织形貌和物理性能的影响. 结果表明: 加入Ni或Co后可以明显改善CuCr25合金的显微组织, 避免出现Cr的宏观偏析, 大大提高了成品率, 提高了合金的耐电压强度和硬度, 合金的电导率有所降低. 真空感应熔炼法制备的CuCr25合金达到了常规方法制备的CuCr50的技术要求.
