Abstract:

造纸工业是国外废水厌氧处理技术应用最多的领域之一,我国在这方面存在较大差距.IC反应器是在UASB反应器基础上发展起来的新一代高效厌氧反应器,目前已经成功用于造纸工业废水处理,它具有更高的负荷和净化效率,用于废纸制浆的废水处理,负荷约在20~30kg/(m3@d),占地小于UASB反应器.IC反应器可以代替UASB作为厌氧-好氧系统的关键设备,使用IC的厌氧-好氧系统处理废纸制浆废水时,COD、BOD去除率分别达到90%和99%.IC反应器和UASB反应器用于废纸制浆造纸工厂,已经成功地实现了废水的零排放.
