Abstract：
会计继续教育是一种终身教育.会计继续教育的定义与本质特征是会计继续教育的核心问题.重新界定继续教育及会计继续教育的定义,探讨会计继续教育的本质特征,对我国会计教育事业的发展有一定的参考意义.
