Abstract：
普通油气管耐蚀性差,影响油气的正常生产.文中研究了自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬钢管工艺,同时还研究了添加剂对陶瓷层耐蚀性的影响.在铝热剂中加入SiO2,CrO3可提高陶瓷致密度,改善耐蚀性.为了进一步提高陶瓷衬管的耐蚀性,研究了不锈钢内衬复合管工艺,其耐蚀性比普通钢管提高10倍以上,用于油气管有望大幅度提高其使用寿命.
