超音速等离子喷涂由于喷射粒子的飞行速度(400~500m/s)相对于普通等离子喷涂(<200m/s)有了大幅提高,所制备的WC-12Co涂层具有更高的显微硬度和结合强度.用SEM和XRD分析了两种不同等离子喷涂工艺获得的涂层的相结构和显微组织,结果表明超音速等离子喷涂WC-12Co涂层综合性能要优于普通等离子喷涂.
