Abstract:
客户关系管理作为一种全新的营销理念在商业银行有着巨大的应用价值,其重要表现就是为商业银行核心竞争力的形成提供一种全新而有力的途径.本文就CRM在商业银行的应用作了评述,并提出对商业银行资源的整合和价值链的重构是CRM提升商业银行核心竞争力的两种内在机制.
