Abstract：
早产儿易发生各种类型的脑损伤,颅脑超声对脑损伤的诊断虽不及MRI敏感,但操作简单,无需搬动患儿,并能连续监测新生儿病情变化,具有潜在的优势和临床诊断价值. 本组旨在探讨超声联合多声窗检查在早产儿脑损伤诊断中的临床应用价值.
