Abstract:

一种一体式轻量化的制氧系统及其压缩机,包括均安装固定于格架支撑系统上的空气压缩机、制氧系统;空气压缩包括直流电机和空气压缩机主机,直流电机置于格架中心位置,直流电机输出端穿过格架同空气压缩机主机的转子连接;空气压缩机主机排气口通过管路和制氧系统中的多功能阀及储气容器集成箱连接,制氧系统中吸附塔两端分别通过管路和多功能阀及储气容器集成箱连接;两个以上的吸附塔以及多功能阀及储气容器集成箱围绕直流电机布置于格架中,本发明将压缩机和吸附塔一体化设计,采用降压解吸的吸附塔数少于升压吸附制氧的吸附塔数的模式,减小制氧机的体积和重量,减少吸附剂装填量,减少空气压缩机重量,振动和噪声小,能量利用率高。
