Abstract：
目的探讨血管生成素样蛋白2(Angiogenin-like protein 2,ANGPTL2)在大鼠缺血/再灌注后脑损伤过程中的炎症保护机制。方法选择健康雄性Wister大鼠60只,建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤模型,随机分为假手术组和ANGPTL2组。建模后6, 12, 24, 48和72 h后,采用实时定量PCR(real-time quantitative PCR)以及苏木精-伊红染色法(hematoxylin-eosin,HE)检测每组大鼠体内ANGPTL2的表达水平。在建模48 h后分别记录每组大鼠的神经功能评分,检测其脑组织含水量、血脑屏障(blood brain barrie...
