Abstract：
对采用4种不同焊接方法的X70管线钢焊接接头的热影响区进行了低温CTOD试验,并结合断口形貌和金相组织对断裂韧性进行了分析。结果表明,采用熔化极气体保护焊+双面多丝埋弧焊的焊接接头CTOD值最高,CTOD值的分布符合韦布尔分布规律,断裂韧性较好;其组织以针状铁素体和粒状贝氏体为主。
