Abstract:
以GH3536高温合金粉末为原料,通过添加稳定剂制得稳定的浆料,采用定向冷冻成形制备了定向多孔高温合金。结果表明:添加0.4%~1%(质量分数)的瓜尔豆胶或者1%~3%的羧甲基纤维素钠作为稳定剂可制备稳定的浆料;随着浆料固相含量从10 vol%增加到30 vol%,定向孔径从308μm减小到198μm,壁厚从81μm增加到223μm,其轴向抗压缩强度从10.72 MPa增加到75.02 MPa,径向抗压缩强度从9.2 MPa增加到78.49 MPa;采用固相含量10 vol%~30 vol%的浆料制备的定向多孔高温合金是一种塑性材料,固相含量越高其吸能能力越好。
