Abstract:

目的比较人工智能计算机辅助系统(AI-CAD)、超声造影及其联合对甲状腺影像报告和数据系统(TI-RADS)5类结节的诊断价值。方法选取经病理证实的TI-RADS 5类结节患者93例(141个结节),均行AI-CAD和超声造影检查,比较AI-CAD、超声造影及其联合应用对TI-RADS 5类结节的诊断效能。结果 141个甲状腺结节中,超声造影检出恶性结节100个,良性结节41个,其诊断甲状腺恶性结节的敏感性89.7%、特异性59.2%、准确率78.0%;AI-CAD检出恶性结节76个,良性结节65个,其诊断甲状腺恶性结节的敏感性78.2%、特异性85.2%、准确率80.9%;两种方法联合应用检...
