Abstract:
目的检测3D打印制备纳米二氧化钛/聚醚醚酮复合材料标准件的生物力学性能,评估3D打印技术制备纳米二氧化钛/聚醚醚酮复合材料人工假体的优势及临床应用前景。方法采用增材(3D打印)制备生物力学检测所需标准件,并对其进行单轴拉伸、单轴压缩、三点弯曲实验检测其力学性能。结果 3D打印试件的拉伸模量为(4 583.33±267.25) MPa,拉伸强度为(95.62±1.01) MPa;弯曲模量为(4 217.41±341.99) MPa,弯曲强度为(145.64±11.81) MPa;压缩模量为(1 646.91±259.07) MPa,压缩强度为(126.92±16.34) MPa。结论 3D打印技...
