Abstract：
本发明公开了一种柔性直流输电模块化多电平换流器子模块IGBT的在线监测方法，包括以下步骤：1)计算模块化多电平换流器桥臂中各IGBT的通态电阻R＜sub＞CE＜/sub＞；2)将模块化多电平换流器桥臂中各IGBT的通态电阻R＜sub＞CE＜/sub＞与正常情况下IGBT通态电阻R＜sub＞CE0＜/sub＞进行对比，计算模块化多电平换流器桥臂中各IGBT通态电阻R＜sub＞CE＜/sub＞的增大百分比A，再根据模块化多电平换流器桥臂中各IGBT通态电阻R＜sub＞CE＜/sub＞的增大百分比A评估模块化多电平换流器桥臂中各IGBT的剩余使用寿命及老化程度，完成柔性直流输电模块化多电平换流器子模块IGBT的在线监测，该方法能够实现对监测模块化多电平换流器中IGBT的在线监测。
