一种高隔热抗烧结热障涂层的增韧方法,在等离子喷涂方法喷涂的双陶瓷层热障涂层的表面陶瓷层上,利用激光诱导表面陶瓷层内部产生损伤或垂直于基体的裂纹,具体方法为:用激光束以垂直于涂层方向在双陶瓷层热障涂层的表面陶瓷层上进行加热,激光束宽度:150μm,激光束功率(W)/扫描速度(m/s):7.11≤p/v≤10.68,激光束间距:3mm;本发明能够在保持等离子喷涂工艺所制双陶瓷层热障涂层高隔热能力的基础上缓解两层陶瓷间的热应力,克服表面陶瓷低热膨胀系数、低应变承受能力的缺点,延长双陶瓷层热障涂层的使用寿命。
