Abstract:
针对我国饭店业的激烈竞争,特别是价格竞争,本文以产业组织理论为框架,在理论和实践相结合的基础上,对我国饭店业的市场结构、竞争行为、进入和退出以及集团化等问题进行了研究.本文认为我国饭店业的价格竞争有其必然性和重要意义,并提出我国饭店业克服纯粹的价格竞争及培育竞争优势的可行途径.
