Abstract:
针对护理本科生护理临床实习普遍存在的问题,作者根据三年临床实习带教经验,总结出调动其积极性的做法.①介绍科室的特殊性及各种疾病的特点;②帮助学生与病人建立起良好的护患关系,与医生建立起友好的合作关系;③鼓励学生自己动口、动手;④开展小讲课、各案讨论、护理查房等各种护理活动;⑤因人而异,因材施教;⑥结合科研开展临床教学活动.
