Abstract：
本文以陕西省八所高校212名专职体育教师为研究对象,综合运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科学研究方法,对陕西省高校公共体育课教师工作压力和职业满意度现状进行调查,分析其影响因素,探索两者之间的内在联系,并提出合理的建议:政策扶持,缓解职业发展压力;制定公平合理的薪酬制度.
