Abstract:
现在的营销企业在经营过程中总是强调客户是最重要的.但这一理念使很多企业并没有获得一个比较好的经营结果.本文在强调客户的重要性基础上,说明员工的重要性,并提出只有客户与员工满意点的统一才是企业成功的关键.
