Abstract:

本文根据当前国有商业银行分支机构在收入分配中存在的主要问题,选取"汉中分行全员全直绩效主导型收入分配改革模式"案例,对其实施的要点、主要内容、具体操作及特点进行了分析介绍,在此基础上,通过该模式设计的理论依托,需要进一步解决和完善的问题等多方面、多角度对案例进行点评,并提出了作者自己的观点.
